The trip began like any other, as a thought. A few years ago while I was living in Melbourne, it translated into Google searches and there it was, my first destination -- CAMBODIA!
Bayon-styled 'Ta Prohm', a Mahayana Buddhist monastery and university. In late '08 R and I came up with plans of Cambodia in April during the '09 Easter break. On a shoe-string budget! The plan went hay-wire and I made plans overnight to travel for 5 days. January 29, 2009 - February 3, 2009!
To me, half the fun in travel lives in the feeling of being lost. To sit in the midst of it all, in awe.

And that's how I intend it to be.

well have no opinion about what you shared..... but do have an understanding of the pain expressed when you mentioned about the classrooms that were turned to prison. i really dont know who, what, where, when you are but know that you understand human emotions better than most..... well to say.... as they all say.... good work and cheers
